Wow! This summer seems to have flown by! I think I say that every year though. I have loved every minute of hanging out with my family. Rick's new job is coming along. He has traveled some, golfed a bit and even saw the Mall of America. Hannah and I are so jealous! Zakk has had a wonderful time being with friends, swimming, and going to camp. He has joined Rick once or twice for golf. Hannah has had too many sleep overs to count including a two night one at the beach with 5 other little girls! She has grown up a lot this summer it seems. As always, she has had a great summer with gymnastics and has learned so many new things and made a few new friends. Me, well, I have done a ton of organizing, and still have more to go. I am hoping to have gone thru every room in the house by the end of Sept.
With summer winding down, it's now time to think about going back to school. I feel a bit behind as I have not bought any school supplies other than back packs! I know those darn pink erasers are all going to be gone!!! I could buy the pre-packaged ones they sell at school, but how boring is that????
The kids are ready to go back. Hannah misses school a lot, but she has really missed her teacher this summer and is excited to say hello. She is looking forward to getting her teacher letter in the mail and finding out who she has. It's always a big mystery:) As far as Zakk goes, well, the whole middle school thing is a big mystery...to him and us. We have no idea what to expect, but he is super excited!!!
I will leave you all with photo highlights of our summer. As for us, we are going to soak up what is left of summer and enjoy every minute of it!!! We hope you all do the same!

Tammy,
Your pics are incredible! Thanks again for thinking of Julia and the mirror. You and gang are so nice when I come to visit Beth. I enjoy seein' ya all in my comings and goings when I'm Burton company.
